Details

This 1993 Land Rover Defender 110 was imported into the United States by Alpine Element, and underwent a light restoration, prior to our ownership. We usually restore our Defenders ourselves, and design, and brainstorm our own ideas. However this Defender we purchased in this condition, and did a few small addition ourselves. Bubba is powered by a 2.5 liter petrol engine and a 5 speed manual transmission, and was designed with the intention to travel the path less taken..

Exterior

The aluminum body has been repainted in Land Rover color code, Indus Metallic Silver. The new paint compliments the modifications done at this time very well. We had a custom roof rack fabricated and installed at this time as well as a rear ladder, along with a KBX grill. We had off-road lights installed on the roof at this point, and a snorkel was already installed when we purchased the truck. We had a set of silverstone extreme off-road tires installed as well which gives this Defender a very menacing look and a front mount winch to ensure that you can go anywhere, anytime.

Interior

The interior has been reupholstered in black leather, with red accents for the front and rear of the vehicle. The front seats have been replaced with bucket style sport seats. The original dashboard has been replaced with a Puma Dashboard, and an aftermarket heater was installed as well which does a superior job at heating the interior cabin. A backup camera was installed, along with a new touch screen head unit supporting bluetooth audio.

Mechanical

Power is from a 2.5-liter gasoline inline-four driving all four wheels through a five-speed manual gearbox and a two-speed transfer case.
