Project OptumBye is a Land Rover Defender 110 which received a very serious, and extensive frame off restoration. Every nut and bolt on Project OptumBye has been restored and upgraded with brand new parts. Project OptumBye has also been received a beautiful soft top conversion. Project OptumBye has been stripped down to the bare frame, and rebuilt to resemble a Heritage Edition Defender featuring Grasmere Green paint and many more extra’s! OptumBye is also fitted with custom wood floors, caramel brown leather interior, and more.

Details

OptumBye is a Land Rover Defender 110 which we conducted a full frame off, nut and bolt restoration and also converted to a Soft Top Station Wagon. This Defender is perfect for a daily driver in the summer time, and presents very nicely. Power comes from a fully rebuilt and upgraded 300 TDI engine with 500 miles on it, along with a rebuilt R380 transmission.

Exterior

Project OptumBye was taken down to the bare frame, and reassembled with brand new body panels, and then repainted in the vintage color code, Grasmere Green. This Defender was converted to a full soft top conversion, with brand new parts including bulkhead, doors, floorboards, etc. LED lighting all around has been applied to project OptumBye, along with brand new wheels and tires.

Interior

The interior on Project OptumBye is very special and unique. During the frame off restoration, we installed custom wood flooring to the truck and it looks beautiful.

Mechanical

The 300 TDI engine has been completely upgraded and rebuilt, and has only 500 miles on it. The 300 TDI engine has a brand new turbo, pistons, valves, head gasket, seals, alternator, starter, and many more. The transmission has also been rebuilt with new synchros, clutch, and more!
